We install drip systems using heavy-duty swing pipe and pressure-compensating emitters to deliver targeted water directly to each plant. Emitter count and flow rates are calculated based on canopy size and monthly gallon needs — no guessing or overbuilding.
For lawn areas, we install high-efficiency sprinkler systems using Schedule 40 PVC, paired with MP Rotators or low-precipitation nozzles to reduce runoff and improve water distribution. Heads are spaced for proper overlap, and zones are separated by sun exposure whenever possible. These upgrades significantly increase watering uniformity and reduce overall water use compared to traditional spray heads.
Every system includes a smart controller, typically Rachio, programmed with accurate zone data: soil type, plant type, exposure, and root depth. Homeowners can manage watering through a simple app, or leave it to us for seasonal tuning.
